Dusty Donuts crew member DJ Robert Smith is one of Germany’s dopest scratch DJ’s! Former DMC Champion and 1 half of the highly successful touring outfit ’Smith&Smart’, he is known for his razor sharp and impeccably funky phrase cutting.

‘The Kure’ is a scratch record jam packed with such phrases, a mix of classic and original noises and vocal samples, it is the perfect tool for mastering your phrase scratching.

Each side contains 6 skip-proof tracks arranged at 100 bpm. The end of Side A contains a full scratch sentence containing all 12 phrases whilst side B features brand new vocal scratches and shout outs by LA hip hop veteran Andy Cooper! (Ugly Duckling/The Allergies/Unique Records).
